The Butterfields New Year’s Eve Gala begins at 9 p.m. The cost of the event is $125 per person and includes a meal and drinks. Your inclusive three-course dinner beings with your choice of an appetizer. We will serve a lobster bisque, granny apple salad, Thai chili calamari, burrata, or marinated seafood salad to our guests. For the entree, diners can select from several menu options this New Year’s Eve. The first choice is the seared ahi tuna, made from coconut basmati rice, baby spinach, and a sweet soy glaze. If lamb is more your taste, consider ordering the dijon and brioche crusted New Zealand rack of lamb, which is served with baby spinach, roasted garlic whipped potato, and juniper port wine demi. The shrimp and lump crab stuffed Maine lobster is a delicious seafood option for New Year’s Eve, as is our porcini dusted salmon filet. To combine seafood and steak, order the surf and turf with a black angus filet mignon and butter roasted Maine lobster tail with roasted garlic whipped potatoes and broccoli raab. For those who just want steak, our black angus filet mignon is the perfect option for a New Year’s Eve dinner.
