Start off your meal with an appetizer. Our appetizers include French onion soup, Bayou clam chowder, meatballs and fresh ricotta, and gorgonzola mussels. Diners additionally have the option to upgrade their appetizer to burrata and eggplant Milanese or crispy calamari for an extra $4, or slice pepper seared ahi tuna for $5.
Next up is the salad. Select either our organic baby greens or our caesar salad. The organic baby green salad is served with shallot rings, goat cheese, candied pecans, fire roasted peppers, and a tarragon rosemary vinaigrette. If you pick our caesar salad you can enjoy hearts of romaine, house made caesar dressing, and croutons.
For the entree, pick our penne ala vodka, our chicken valdostana, our tortellini and shrimp, or our honey lemon garlic glazed salmon. This salmon is served with roasted potatoes, spinach, and a cool cucumber chutney. Our tortellini and shrimp is prepared with a light basil pesto cream and sweet baby tomatoes, while the chicken valdostana is made from sauteed spinach, melted fontina, and a wild mushroom cognac demi-glace. For an extra $8, consider upgrading your entree to our 8-ounce filet mignon or the 10 oz black Angus sirloin steak. Or, for $9, try the ahi tuna and dumplings.
