The price fixe menu begins with an appetizer. At Butterfields, you can select from our French onion soup, our Louisiana gumbo, or our meatballs and fresh ricotta. Our crispy calamari is only $4 extra or, for an extra $5, you can also opt for burrata and eggplant milanese, jumbo lump crab cakes, or sliced pepper seared ahi tuna.
Next up is the salad. At Butterfields, we serve two different salads as part of our price fixe menu. You can decide between the organic baby greens salad or the caesar salad. Our organic baby greens salad is made with shallot rings, goat cheese, candied pecans, fire roasted peppers, and a tarragon rosemary vinaigrette, while our caesar salad is made with hearts of romaine, a house made caesar dressing, and croutons.
Finally, the entrees. You can order the tomato roasted salmon from our menu, which includes truffled Israeli couscous, crawfish tails, sweet corn, asparagus, and cream and tarragon. We also have the penne chicken gorgonzola. This menu item is made with a roasted garlic cream with tomatoes, spinach, thai sc, mushroom, and gorgonzola cheese. Our other two price fixe entrees are the chicken sorrentino and the penne ala vodka, but you can also upgrade your meal for an extra $9 with the black angus sirloin steak or the citrus soy glazed ahi tuna.
